It's 2 years old, so it is not in absolute pristine condition. There are a
few signs of wear and tear on the seating area. The sofa is in perfect
condition otherwise. *We have a dog (pictured) but he does not shed. He is hypoallergenic. My
husband has allergies and asthma.
